Dr. Lay

Dr. Callista Lay DC, RMT and Owner of Revive Chiropractic Healing Center has been practicing chiropractic medicine since 2012, with 8 years of experience as a chiropractic assistant prior to practicing on her own. Dr Lay has a special focus in fertility care and a niche following for her intuitive work. Dr Lay offers her patients not only chiropractic care and acupuncture to benefit many conditions of the body and mind as well as nurturers women through their journey to conception and motherhood. Her passion for intuitive work, and living a soul centered life has led Dr Lay to honoring her gifts as an intuitive channel, offering Tarot and Reiki for those with a spiritual inclination. When out of the office Dr Lay can be found spending her time connecting with nature, bonding with her husband and animals, reading a book, or working on fiction stories she writes.

Dr Callista Lay is in network with BCBS, Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, as well as accepts self pay patients.

Dr. Vittardi

Dr. Rachel Vittardi was born and raised in Cleveland, OH and attended Ohio University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and decided to pursue a career in healthcare as she had always been interested in treating active individuals including athletes. She attended the National University of Health Sciences, where she also discovered an interest in caring for women through their journey to motherhood and graduated with her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2022. Dr. Vittardi provides a variety of chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Extremity adjustments. She also provides patient specific rehabilitation exercises, vitamin and mineral supplementation, and myofascial release techniques. She is Webster Certified through ICPA and currently working towards her Acupuncture, Perinatal and Pediatric certificates. Dr. Vittardi stays current on continuing education within a variety of topics including perinatal health, fertility, postpartum, and pelvic floor rehabilitation and is dedicated to helping her community live a pain-free and active lifestyle. She believes in a patient-centered approach and caring for the whole person – body, mind, and spirit – and not just their symptoms. In her free time, Dr. Vittardi enjoys spending time with her with friends and family, exercising and discovering new restaurants in Chicago.

Em

Em began seeing Dr. Lay in 2018 for Acupuncture, Fire Cupping and Channeled Healings. She completed her Reiki Master training with Dr. Lay in 2019, which has helped immensely over the years in processing her own grief and trauma. As Em turned inwards, she rediscovered her childhood love of collecting “rocks,” which has inspired her to share that love with others through her crystal shop BlueLaceBaby. She shares this love with the patients of Revive by offering crystals for sale to compliment the spiritual services they receive. In addition to the work Em does at Revive, she has taught Pilates since 2015 and now enjoys the lifelong connections she has built with clients over the years. Em left her corporate Pilates teaching gig in 2021 and teaches her clients in person and virtually throughout the Chicagoland area. She believes that corporations are fundamentally opposed to wellness and desires to continue to build a community centered around empowering and teaching others to heal themselves.

Evita Villalobos

Massage Therapist

Evita is a dedicated massage therapist known for her strength and intuition. She has 10 years of experience working in clinical and luxury spa environments which has helped her to curate a unique approach to massage that combines clinical skills with relaxation techniques. During a therapeutic massage session with Evita, you can expect a combination of Thai Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques.

Evita pursued her career as a massage therapist when she realized it was an applied science that incorporates anatomical and physiological knowledge. She is amazed that just with the touch of her hands, she can help alleviate someone’s pain, increase their mobility, and relieve their stress. Her commitment to higher education and professional development has led her to pursue a science degree, and various continuing education courses. Whether you have inflammation, limited range of motion, tension, or pain she will tailor your massage experience to assist in your healing journey.

When she’s not at work you’ll likely catch her outside taking long walks with her puppy. Evita also enjoys writing poetry, graphic design, traveling, time at the beach, and cooking.
